Artist Bookings
Emma offers various levels of artist and entertainment booking services depending on the nature of the event, available timeframe and budget. From jaw-dropping musicians and breathtaking spectacles, through to party bands, craft workshops or conceptual walkabout, there is a whole host of creative options to explore. Artist Booking Services are charged at a one-off hourly rate, or daily rates depending on your requirements. Discounts are available for 'not for profit' organisations, long-term or multiple engagements.
Ideas & Inspirations
A presentation of ideas, artists, entertainment and activity options based on event criteria. Responding to any themes or audience considerations.
Availability Gathering
Correspondence with artists / organisations to gather availabilities and fees. Tech and production requirements discussed ahead of booking.
Negotiating & Contracting
Handling all contract / budget conversations on your behalf. Writing and tailoring contracts if needed. Highlighting contractual requirements from artists.
Artist Liaison
Assisting with arrangements e.g. travel, accommodation, catering. All requirements are agreed at point of booking. Experienced artist liaison crew are available.
